Miranda's Rockstar Black Nails

If you look closely on Miranda (right) you can see her black nails. A lot of people think that black nails are gothic, emo, etc., but they're actually really cute! 1. Take your black nail polish and paint your nails.
2. Glue on rhinestones and paint a sparkly clear coat over it.
3. In a neon paint, write a different letter on each nail spelling out "love". On the thumb, in the same color, draw a small heart! ♥
